Expected Impacts:
Website Navigation, Login & Register:
- Page access: the website is temporarily unavailable, the old version of the
application cannot be logged in during the maintenance period, and the
product cannot be invested.
- Register & KYC: Register and KYC are temporarily closed until the new
version launched.
Crypto Asset Deposit & Withdraw
- Deposit: Your deposit wallet address will be changed during the update
period. It is recommended to confirm the wallet address after maintenance
and then perform the deposit operation.
- Withdraw: Temporarily close the withdrawal passage.
Investing & Redemption:
- Investing: During the system maintenance, the application cannot generate
new data, resulting in the inability to establish an investing manner.
Therefore, please be sure to purchase after the system maintenance is
completed.
- Redemption: During the maintenance period, the product cannot be
actively redeemed, and the investment projects that have expired will be
automatically settled and displayed after the application is updated.
- Invested Products remain its status though user cannot check it in the old
a version of the app, and will be displayed after updating the app.
